Job Description
- Partner with procurement leadership to develop and execute integration strategies and supplier evaluation plans
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities across professional services and software categories
- Manage procurement workstreams, ensuring timely execution, milestone tracking, and issue resolution
- Conduct thorough due diligence to support informed sourcing and contracting decisions
- Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms to align with business objectives and mitigate risk
- Oversee a portfolio of procurement requests, ensuring prioritization and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with category leaders to refine and enhance sourcing strategies
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership on procurement progress and outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contracting within a large enterprise environment
- Strong expertise in buyer-side contracting, including drafting and negotiating agreements
- Solid understanding of legal terms, contracting principles, and risk mitigation strategies
- Experience managing multiple procurement categories, including professional services and software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and present effectively to senior leadership
- Demonstrated success working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
