Delta Community Supports, Inc. (“Delta”) is searching for an experienced and knowledgeable Procurement Manager with strong negotiation and analytical skills. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement activities of the organization. They play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations.

· Promotes and demonstrates ethical and professional conduct at all times.
· Provides excellent customer service to Delta’s internal and external customers.
· Promote continuous quality improvement projects and ongoing performance measure.
· Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the organization's goals and objectives, including cost reduction, supplier diversity, and risk management.
· Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable and cost-effective sources of supply.
· Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition approval, supplier selection, purchase order issuance, and contract management.
· Monitor and control procurement costs to achieve budgetary targets and maximize cost savings.
· Ensure that procured goods and services meet the required quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
· Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
· Identify and mitigate procurement risks, such as supply chain disruptions, and develop contingency plans.
· Implement systems and processes for management of grocery and fuel card programs.
Performs such other duties that may be assigned while providing excellent customer service and for the most effective operation of the company.
Qualifications:Requirements:

Bachelor's degree related field.

Two to four years of relevant experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicable software.
