Job Description

  • Manage the full lifecycle of contingent workforce requisitions, from intake and talent sourcing through candidate selection, onboarding, assignment management, and offboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake sessions, clarify position requirements, identify critical skill sets, and facilitate the delivery of qualified candidate pools.
  • Collaborate with staffing suppliers to support candidate delivery, conduct supplier calls and reviews, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to program policies and protocols.
  • Provide Tier 1 operational support to hiring managers, suppliers, contractors, and program stakeholders while delivering timely, solutions-oriented customer service.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, new-hire communications, first-day orientation, onboarding, and offboarding activities across appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate requisition, assignment, and workforce data while monitoring program SLAs, KPIs, compliance requirements, and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain recurring reports, including open requisition reports, new-hire updates, supplier scorecards, and business reporting using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Support supplier vetting, Quarterly Business Reviews, rate-card compliance, cost-saving initiatives, and rate negotiations based on market knowledge.
  • Train managers, suppliers, contractors, and team members on program systems, processes, policies, and best practices through group, virtual, and one-on-one sessions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen stakeholder relationships, increase operational efficiency, and support future business-unit or program rollouts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Previous experience in MSP delivery, contingent workforce management, staffing, recruiting, or a related customer-facing environment; MSP experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and contingent workforce processes is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop and maintain accurate operational reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships across hiring managers, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requisitions, assignments, deadlines, and operational priorities through completion.
  • Strong understanding of process compliance, service-level expectations, data integrity, and customer service within a fast-paced workforce environment.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to resolve escalations, identify efficiencies, adapt to changing business needs, and take on increasing responsibility.
