Opportunity:
The firm is currently seeking an Investment Team Member (Associate/Senior Associate level) to join its growing investment team in Philadelphia. This is an opportunity to gain exposure across the entire investment lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, transaction execution, portfolio management, and exits, while working directly with senior investment professionals in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models used to evaluate investment opportunities and monitor portfolio company performance
- Conduct industry, market, and competitive research to support investment decisions
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in all phases of transaction execution, including due diligence, valuation analysis, legal documentation, and closing processes
- Work closely with portfolio company management teams to support growth initiatives, operational improvements, and M&A integration efforts
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a related investment role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated record of academic and professional achievement
