What You’ll Do – Regional Sales Associate Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Associate, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, executives, and HR professionals
- Present and explain employee health and benefit solutions clearly and ethically
- Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing client questions and concerns
- Work directly with employees to enroll and support benefit offerings
- Participate in ongoing sales training and leadership development
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members
- Attend required sales meetings and performance trainings

Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, outside sales role
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Field-based with autonomy and support
