What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and present health/benefit options
  • Explain product benefits clearly, accurately, and with integrity
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up
  • Participate in team training, meetings, and development sessions
  • Mentor and support other team members as you grow within the organization

Monday–Friday schedule (typically 8am–5pm) with minimal travel. Every day brings new people and new opportunities, making this a great role for someone who loves variety, independence, and recognition.

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time
Average Pay Range: $80,000-$135,000 per year
