What You'll Do
As a Tub Operator, you will:
• Operate and monitor tub production equipment throughout the manufacturing process
• Ensure candy is dispensing correctly and lids are applied accurately
• Perform routine quality checks and identify inconsistencies when they occur
• Start, stop, adjust, and clean equipment as needed to support production flow
• Troubleshoot minor line issues and help minimize downtime
• Maintain proper material and supply levels during production runs
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
• Follow all GMP, PPE, food safety, and company safety requirements
• Work closely with team members to support daily production goals
What We're Looking For
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly identify issues
• Ability to work independently while supporting team success
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to workplace safety
