Overview
Piedmont Candy Company is hiring Palletizers / Stackers to support our fast-paced production team. This role is essential to keeping our production lines running smoothly by moving materials, stacking pallets, and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Stack and build pallets safely and efficiently
- Move materials and products between production areas
- Inspect packaging for quality, accuracy, and labeling issues
- Supply materials to the correct production lines
- Operate basic equipment (pallet jacks, tape machines, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and GMP standards
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well with a team
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production
- Experience using pallet jacks or similar equipment
