Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented professional to join our Franchise Experience Grand Opening (GO) Team. GO Team Members travel across the country to support franchise owners in successfully launching their clubs. This role is a unique opportunity to combine training, operations, and customer experience while being at the frontlines of The Picklr’s growth. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, hands-on training to franchise owners and staff on all aspects of club operations.
- Partner with franchise owners to prepare their club for both soft and grand openings.
- Ensure brand standards, policies, and procedures are consistently upheld.
- Assist staff in Membership Engagement and Sales training, programming setup, and operational readiness.
- Troubleshoot and provide on-site technical support for software systems when needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate timely, seamless openings.
- Build strong relationships with franchise owners, staff, and members to create long-term success.
- Travel frequently to franchise locations (up to 80% travel required).
Qualifications
- Proven experience training or teaching adults in a professional setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with ability to master new software systems (experience with Play by Point is a plus).
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable to change and excited by the growth that comes with a scaling company.
- Positive, team-first attitude with the ability to both lead and follow.

- Must be based in Utah.
