Your Role as a Talent Mentor

As a Talent Mentor, you’ll play a key role in developing and recruiting top leadership talent while supporting multiple restaurants.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Partnering with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Visiting two locations daily to recruit leadership positions.
• Providing coaching and feedback to develop restaurant teams.
• Helping locations hit key targets in sales, labor, and food costs.
• Building a strong leadership pipeline for future growth.
• Fostering a culture of positivity and gratitude within each restaurant.
• Collaborating with District Managers to ensure staffing success.

Who We’re Looking For

✔ 2-5 years of experience in recruiting and leadership development (restaurant industry preferred).

✔ Proven ability to develop talent and hit key performance metrics.

✔ Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring a team.

✔ Availability to work a set five-day schedule (no Sundays).

✔ Enthusiastic, positive, and driven with a growth mindset.

✔ Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts well to change.
