This role will lead electrical field activities and ensure safe, reliable system energization. Hands-on experience with aero-derivative gas turbines (TM2500, FT8, LM2500, LM6000, or similar) is required.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead electrical installation, testing, and energization activities
- Oversee switchgear, transformers, and power distribution systems
- Support pre-commissioning and startup, including troubleshooting
- Coordinate with mechanical and I&C teams during system integration
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical procedures
- Interface with OEMs and site leadership
- 8 years of electrical experience in power generation or industrial projects
- Hands-on experience with aero-derivative gas turbines (TM2500, FT8, LM2500, LM6000, or similar) is required
- Ability to mobilize quickly and work a flexible schedule, including day or night shifts and up to 72 hours per week (12-hour shifts, 7 days/week)
- Experience with MV/HV systems, switchgear, and transformers
- Strong troubleshooting and field execution skills
