Job Summary
NAES is seeking Electrical Technicians to support installation, testing, and startup of mobile gas turbine units (GE TM2500 and P&W FT8) for a data center power project. Hands-on experience with aero-derivative gas turbines (TM2500, FT8, LM2500, LM6000, or similar) is required.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installation, testing, and troubleshooting
- Support energization of switchgear, transformers, and power systems
- Assist with commissioning and startup activities
- Follow safety and electrical procedures
- Work with leads and other teams during execution
- 5 years of electrical experience in power generation or industrial settings
- Hands-on experience with aero-derivative gas turbines (TM2500, FT8, LM2500, LM6000, or similar) is required
- Ability to mobilize quickly and work a flexible schedule, including day or night shifts and up to 72 hours per week (12-hour shifts, 7 days/week)
- Experience with MV/LV systems and testing preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills
