This role will oversee mechanical field execution and support safe, efficient startup. Hands-on experience with aero-derivative gas turbines (TM2500, FT8, LM2500, LM6000, or similar) is required.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical installation and assembly of gas turbine and auxiliary systems
- Oversee mechanical completion, inspections, and punch list resolution
- Coordinate daily field activities with electrical and I&C teams
- Support pre-commissioning and startup activities, including troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, LOTO, and site requirements
- Interface with OEMs, contractors, and site leadership
- 8 years of mechanical experience in power generation or industrial projects
- Hands-on experience with aero-derivative gas turbines (TM2500, FT8, LM2500, LM6000, or similar) is required
- Ability to mobilize quickly and work a flexible schedule, including day or night shifts and up to 72 hours per week (12-hour shifts, 7 days/week)
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, piping, and mechanical systems
- Proven field leadership experience in fast-paced environments
