- Proficiency using project scheduling and tracking tools such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, or Gantt-based planning tools.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure work aligns with project plans, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Manage day-to-day field operations, including coordination of contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor construction progress against schedule and budget, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
- Review engineering drawings, P&IDs, and construction documentation to ensure proper installation and compliance with design requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce adherence to OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and project quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between the owner, contractors, and engineering teams to resolve field issues and maintain project progress.
- Proven experience managing construction activities on industrial facilities such as power plants, refineries, chemical plants, or similar process facilities.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, industrial safety standards, and construction quality control practices.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks, troubleshoot field issues, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience coordinating between owners, contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field preferred(or additional experience in lieu of degree).
- 10 years of construction management field oversight experience with industrial processing, power generation, refinery, or chemical plant projects.
