We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring team experience. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the end to end recruiting process by coordinating interviews, managing scheduling logistics, maintaining recruiting systems, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Responsible
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, calendars, and time zones
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and attention to detail
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with interview logistics, scheduling changes, and process coordination, including offer letters
- Maintain accurate candidate and interview data within applicant tracking systems and recruiting platform
- Assist with recruiting operations, reporting, documentation, and process improvements
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and cross functional teams to support hiring initiatives and recruiting events
- Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
- Stay informed on recruiting tools and contribute ideas that enhance team effectiveness and candidate experience
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with strong follow through and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Comfort learning new systems, technologies, and digital tools
- Experience supporting recruiting, HR, scheduling, coordination, customer service, or administrative functions preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, calendar management, and virtual meeting platforms is a plus
