Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: 51 Madison Avenue New York New York 10010
Schedule: Hybrid (Remote Monday & Friday, working in office Tuesday - Thursday).
Position Overview:
The Early Careers Campus Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of campus recruiting and early career talent initiatives. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive candidate experience, building strong university relationships, and ensuring seamless operational support across internship, analyst, and entry-level hiring programs. The coordinator partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, universities, and internal stakeholders to help attract and engage top emerging talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus Recruiting Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for campus recruiting activities including career fairs, information sessions, interview days, networking events, and virtual engagements.
- Manage recruiting calendars, event schedules, candidate communications, and travel coordination as needed.
- Support the execution of internship, rotational, and entry-level hiring programs.
- Assist with candidate scheduling and interview coordination across multiple business areas.
Candidate Experience:
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with students, universities, and internal stakeholders.
- Support onboarding and pre-start engagement activities for interns and early career hires.
- Help maintain a high-quality and inclusive candidate experience.
Program & Operational Support:
- Maintain accurate recruiting data within applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
- Track recruiting metrics, event attendance, candidate pipelines, and program outcomes.
- Support offer process coordination and onboarding activities.
- Assist with preparing recruiting materials, presentations, and communications.
- University & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate program activities and events.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1 or more years of experience in recruiting coordination, campus recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, event coordination, or related experience.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting systems/ATS platforms.
Salary : $24
