- Lead discovery calls with inbound leads (licensed PTs, medical investors, entrepreneurs)
- Build a strong outbound pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship-building
- Manage broker relationships, lead gen platforms, and franchise expos
- Present the PT Now model with clarity, confidence, and conviction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees
- Keep detailed records and pipeline reporting in HubSpot or Go High Level (GHL)
- Represent PT Now at events, webinars, and networking opportunities
