This Business Growth Associate role is an entry-level opportunity within our Special Projects Department, designed for ambitious individuals who want hands-on exposure to operations, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and business development.
Position Summary
The Business Growth Associate is a cross-functional role focused on identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, support production and supply chain activities, and contribute to company growth initiatives.
This position is approximately 50% hands-on physical work and 50% desk-based analytical and administrative work. Candidates should be comfortable performing warehouse and operational tasks while also working extensively with the suite, including , , and .

Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional Operations
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Help reduce waste and improve workflows across departments
- Support special projects designed to increase operational effectiveness
Supply Chain & Production Support
- Coordinate with suppliers and assist with purchasing activities
- Support quality assurance efforts to ensure reliable product output
- Help manage raw inventory allocation based on sales orders and stocking needs
Business Development & Analytics
- Conduct market and competitive research
- Assist with product lifecycle tracking
- Collect, organize, and report on sales and operational data
- Prepare reports and dashboards using
Warehouse & Physical Operations
- Organize products, materials, and equipment
- Assist with production, packaging, and shipping activities
- Participate in workflow and warehouse organization projects
