Position Summary
The Production Data Coordinator provides critical support to the production leadership team by maintaining spreadsheets, organizing production data, coordinating communication, preparing reports, and assisting with daily administrative tasks.
This position is ideal for someone who is exceptionally organized, bilingual in Spanish and English, comfortable working with data, and skilled in spreadsheet management. The right candidate will help ensure that production operations run efficiently by keeping information accurate, accessible, and well organized.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
- Assist the Production & Facility Managers and leadership team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records, files, and production documentation
- Prepare reports, summaries, and production schedules
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items
Spreadsheet & Data Management
- Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets using and
- Enter and verify production, inventory, and labor data
- Track key metrics and prepare dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
Bilingual Communication
- Translate instructions and communications between English- and Spanish-speaking employees
- Assist with employee training materials and documentation
- Support clear communication on the production floor
Operational Coordination
- Help monitor production schedules and deadlines
- Assist with inventory and material tracking
- Follow up on open issues and ensure timely completion of tasks
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (Required)
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new software
