Who We Are Looking For

Our company is currently in search of a motivated and well-spoken inside sales professional to join our sales team. The inside sales professional will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

This position works in collaboration with outside sales professionals to provide solutions to our customers.

What You Will Be Doing

• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience We Are Looking For

• 5 years of sales/customer service experience
• Thorough understanding and competency of MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.
