Who We Are Looking For
Our company is currently in search of a motivated and detailed individual to join our Interiors Division as an Interior Designer. The interior designer will use their artistic abilities to design spaces that meet Phoenix's requirements while strictly adhering to building safety codes, industry regulatory standards, and budget constraints.
What You Will Be Doing
- Generate compelling designs that meet client requirements
- Boost the company's reputation through strong client relationships
- Encourage collaboration between design and sales teams
- Develop sound interior design practices to advance company's efforts
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Establish high-level design objectives to fulfill client projects
- Design interiors using 2D and 3D software
- Determine budgets that match project requirements
- Source needed materials
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
- Portfolio of design work.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with computational design.
- Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp or similar design software.
- Ability to interact with customers, sales staff, and other company personnel in a manner that promotes customer retention and creates a positive work culture reflective of Phoenix's commitments.
- Time management: the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities.
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to effectively communicate both in an oral and written manner.
- Ability to perform successfully with indirect supervision; self-starter/self-motivated and persistent.
