Position Overview

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy services to residents in a SNF/LTC setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and help residents improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. This split role offers variety and collaboration across both locations.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Interest in working with geriatric and medically complex populations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
