Responsibilities- Drive the execution of business plans by aligning operational resources with long-term organizational objectives.

- Optimize production capacity and machine utilization through detailed workload analysis and strategic labor planning.
- Provide technical oversight for new product launches, including process development and machine retooling initiatives.

Required Skills
