About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a vital member of our technical team, ensuring the seamless operation of complex machinery and facility infrastructure. Responsibilities- Minimize production downtime by proactively identifying and resolving equipment malfunctions.
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules to optimize machine efficiency and longevity.
- Perform complex repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to restore peak performance.
- Diagnose and replace electrical components, including motors, relays, and control wiring, to maintain safe operations.
- Operate precision metalworking tools, such as lathes and grinders, to fabricate or modify custom parts.
- Install and configure power supply wiring, conduit, and control systems for new equipment integration.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to analyze recurring issues and implement permanent corrective solutions.
- Maintain facility standards through structural improvements and general equipment upkeep.
Required Skills
- Associate’s degree in a technical field or 3-6 years of equivalent industrial maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, safety manuals, and complex operating instructions.
- Strong mathematical aptitude for calculating proportions, volumes, and electrical specifications.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
- Demonstrated experience with industrial electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automated sensing devices.
