Responsibilities
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Clean, package, and prepare parts for shipment
- Stage materials by weight and/or piece count
- Load and unload freight carriers safely and efficiently
- Operate shot blast equipment and inspection tables
- Operate lift trucks and various scales
- Process shipping and inspection documentation
- Read and follow work instructions and production requirements
- Rework nonconforming materials as needed
- Use hand tools and measuring equipment accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, shipping, warehouse, or inspection experience preferred
- Ability to use measuring tools and hand tools
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
