Janitor

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Janitorial Associate to help maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility environment. This position plays an important role in supporting daily operations by ensuring workspaces, restrooms, and common areas are properly cleaned and stocked.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean workplace.

Responsibilities

• Follow printed work schedules and assigned cleaning tasks
• Clean and maintain work areas throughout the facility
• Pick up and organize misplaced items such as rags, hangers, and clothing
• Communicate with incoming shift janitors regarding supply levels and task updates
• Return shared cleaning supplies to the janitor’s closet after use
• Empty and clean mop buckets at the end of each shift
• Restock restrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Monitor and restock breakroom supplies including cups, paper towels, silverware, and condiments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in janitorial storage areas
• Support overall facility cleanliness and safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Good communication and teamwork skills
