We are currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our clients team as a Forge Line Technician. This is a hands-on manufacturing position working as part of a 3–4 person team to operate forge press equipment and support production operations in a fast-paced environment.
No prior forging experience is required — on-the-job training is provided. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities
- Operate forge press equipment as part of a team
- Set up and operate forge presses and trim presses
- Set up and operate support equipment and related processes
- Visually inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Use hand tools and digital calipers for measurements and adjustments
- Follow work instructions and set-up sheets accurately
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Operate lift trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical work throughout the shift
