Invenio Financial, a leader in strategic, niche portfolio acquisition and a wholly owned subsidiary of Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd. is looking to hire a Consumer Support Agent in its Delaware office. Reporting to Invenio management, the incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day management of consumer inquiries for all US-based portfolios owned by the Company and its affiliates. As such, applicants must possess knowledge of the third-party debt collection landscape, including applicable regulatory compliance standards and industry best-practices.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate complex consumer and account circumstance and apply appropriate judgment-based decisions.
- Investigate and resolve customer requests for a media and/or validation, fraud claims, balance disputes and all other account-level queries.
- Function as the over-the-phone point of contact for consumers and/or their representative in situations involving special circumstances such as fraud, balance disputes, identity theft, validation & statement requests, and requests for SCRA-relief.
- Manage and prioritize requests from the Invenio Financial email shared inbox
- Support the operations team in the validation and notarization of legal affidavits
- Represent Invenio Financial and its clients in a consumer-centric and brand-conscious manner.
