Compensation Range
$120,000—$230,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Transformation Leadership
- Serve as the principal architect and custodian of transformation initiatives across the client's global marketing and media ecosystem.
- Collaborate with senior global and regional stakeholders to embed a culture of innovation, experimentation, and measurable change.
- Marketing Learning Agenda Contributor
- Co-develop and execute the cleint's marketing learning agenda by identifying priority areas for insight development, media innovation, and test-and-learn programs.
- Align cross-market activities with Uber’s global strategic goals and ensure insights feed into planning cycles and long-term strategies.
- AI Deployment and Development
- Accelerate the adoption of AI across the client's marketing efforts, focusing on both Omni AI solutions and custom partner integrations.
- Co-create a scalable AI roadmap with the client and key technology partners, ensuring implementation is tightly aligned with measurable marketing goals.
- Serve as a global subject matter expert and internal advocate for AI-enabled media, creative, and analytics solutions.
- Best Practice Governance & Knowledge Sharing
- Lead the creation, documentation, and global dissemination of best-in-class practices across markets.
- Establish governance models that ensure consistency, compliance, and local market adaptation.
- Organize forums, tools, and workflows that enable rapid knowledge exchange and cross-market collaboration.
- Stakeholder & Partnership Management
- Cultivate a trusted advisor relationship with the client's global marketing and media leads, ensuring consistent executive engagement.
- Work in partnership with client, agency, and tech leaders to navigate complexity, solve business challenges, and push innovation boundaries.
- 10 years in marketing, media transformation, or consultancy roles with a strong mix of global and/or regional experience.
- Proven success in leading digital transformation efforts within large-scale, matrixed organizations.
- Advanced understanding of media technologies including programmatic platforms, CDPs, cleanrooms, and AI/ML applications in marketing.
- Strong track record of influencing senior leaders in marketing innovation, learning agenda design, and strategic foresight.
- Exceptional organizational agility and an ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
