We are seeking an experienced Project/Deployment Lead to support the rollout of a large-scale global transformation across the company. This role plays a critical part in driving finance transformation, ensuring seamless process adoption, and aligning local deployment activities with the overall program objectives.
The Lead will serve as the primary liaison between teams—managing planning, risks, stakeholder communications, and change activities across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment, ensuring alignment with the company's program goals and milestones.
- Create and manage the local deployment plan across ERP, EPM, process improvements, and organizational impacts.
- Act as the main point of contact between the teams, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, collaborating with local and program teams to resolve issues and escalating to senior stakeholders when needed.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to address needs, gather feedback, and support adoption.
- Partner with the Change Lead to oversee training, communications, and employee readiness activities.
- Ensure proper resourcing for all project-related activities, including resource allocation and capacity planning.
Skills & Capabilities
- Proven experience as a Project/Deployment Lead, Project Manager, or similar role within a global transformation initiative.
- Strong understanding of financial modules, including troubleshooting and deployment experience.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, able to engage effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in project management methodologies with a strong track record of successful delivery.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk identification and resolution.
- Experience driving organizational change with minimal disruption.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 7 years of experience in deployment, program, or project management roles—preferably within finance transformation.
- Professional project management certifications are an asset.
- Hands-on experience implementing or managing large scale ERP transformations.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with US reporting and control requirements.
The indicated pay range for this position is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Additionally, it is emphasized that the pay band mentioned herein is the one established by the client company. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work. Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range, with the upper end reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
