Application Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Application Development Manager to lead the modernization and optimization of our enterprise software, data systems, and automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team responsible for enterprise applications, business intelligence, and user support

• Manage and improve ERP / CRM and other core systems to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business needs

• Work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and deliver practical technology solutions

• Provide hands-on support in system configuration, data integration, and custom application development

• Champion automation and AI initiatives to streamline processes and enhance decision-making

• Build and maintain a centralized data platform to support real-time analytics and self-service reporting

• Implement Agile best practices to manage work delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team performance

• Oversee vendor relationships, project budgets, and external development resources

• Define and enforce standards for system development, change control, documentation, and governance

• Align technology planning with broader business goals through strategic roadmapping and cross-functional collaboration

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field

• Proven experience managing enterprise systems or leading digital transformation projects

• Technical knowledge of application development, databases, and integration tools

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and cross-functional delivery

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms or AI-based automation tools is a plus
