IT Project Manager - Healthcare Implementations
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. EST (Overtime may be required depending on project needs)
Location: Fully onsite (Travel may be required for project go-live activities)
The IT Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle—from initial definition through successful implementation—within a healthcare environment. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring that project objectives related to scope, cost, schedule, and quality are met.
Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Establish and maintain effective communication with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
Provide daily guidance and direction to project team members.
Ensure proper change management processes are followed throughout the project.
Prepare regular project status reports and performance metrics.
Drive standardization across IT networks, infrastructure, and end-user technologies.
5 years of IT project management experience, ideally within healthcare implementations.
Strong knowledge of network and infrastructure standardization.
Experience with telecom and end-user technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and other Office applications.
Skilled in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
PMP certification (or equivalent).
Self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
