Senior Scheduler – Data Center & Mission Critical Projects
Our client, a leading consulting firm specializing in project controls and scheduling for complex, mission-critical developments, is currently seeking highly skilled Senior Scheduling Consultants to support multiple confidential data center programs across the United States.

Primavera P6, schedule analysis, and delay forensics.
- Location: Denver, Colorado
- Relocation if the candidate is out of state:
Lump sum up to $10k (6-month claw-back agreement)
- Work Type: 1099 or W2
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and validate contractor schedules to ensure accuracy and credibility
- Perform schedule health assessments, forensic analysis, and delay evaluations
- Provide early warnings and communicate schedule risks to stakeholders
- Prepare and present schedule reports and executive-level decks
- Lead and facilitate scheduling meetings with clients, GCs, and project teams
- Review Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and recovery schedules
- Develop “what-if” scenarios to support informed decision-making
- Implement scheduling best practices and drive program-wide standardization
- Develop scheduling KPIs and dashboards
- Partner with preconstruction, design, supply chain, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Support ad-hoc and recurring schedule and data analysis requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 8 years of scheduling experience using Primavera P6
- 1–3 years of data center or mission-critical project experience
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, and installation practices
- Proven ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience reviewing TIAs and recovery schedules
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Collaborative, results-oriented mindset
