- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in data centers or mission-critical construction environments
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
- Experience with schedule QA/QC, time impact analysis, and recovery schedules
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- H1B visa holders with active green card applications are welcome

Key Responsibilities
Schedule Management & Analysis
- Perform weekly QA/QC reviews of general contractor schedules
- Review and approve contractor and vendor schedules, including progress updates
- Evaluate baseline schedules to ensure proper scope definition and logical sequencing
- Provide detailed written feedback and recommendations
- Conduct forensic schedule analysis and prepare milestone variance reports
- Perform time impact analysis for change orders affecting project timelines
- Analyze schedule delays and support negotiations for time-related claims
- Walk construction sites to validate progress and identify discrepancies
- Report schedule status and risks to project teams and senior leadership
- Lead and mentor construction managers and project controls personnel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on schedule expectations
- Support dispute resolution related to schedule impacts and delays
- Interpret construction drawings and contract documents to validate scope and timelines
- Understand compensable vs. non-compensable delays and time extensions
- Detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
