Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in data center or mission-critical construction environments
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
- Experience performing schedule QA/QC, time impact analysis, and recovery schedule reviews
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling methodologies, and installation practices
- H1B visa holders with active green card applications are welcome

Key Responsibilities
Schedule Oversight & QA/QC
- Conduct weekly QA/QC reviews of general contractor schedules
- Review and approve contractor and vendor schedules, including progress updates
- Evaluate baseline schedules to ensure proper scope definition and logical sequencing
- Provide detailed schedule review comments and recommendations
- Perform forensic schedule analysis and prepare milestone variance reports
- Conduct time impact analysis for change orders affecting project timelines
- Analyze delays and support negotiations for time-related claims and settlements
- Perform site walks to verify construction progress and identify discrepancies
- Report schedule performance, risks, and updates to project teams and leadership
- Lead and mentor construction managers and project controls team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on scheduling strategies and expectations
- Support resolution of scheduling conflicts and project delays
- Interpret construction drawings and contract documents to validate scope and timelines
- Understand compensable vs. non-compensable delays and time extension requirements
- Detail-oriented professional with a strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
