Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented entry-level Accounting Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in accounting. No prior experience or formal education is required, we’re happy to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and maintaining daily cash sheets
- Entering accounts payable invoices/accounts receivable
- Filing and organizing financial documents
- Assisting with basic data entry and clerical tasks
- Supporting the accounting team with other entry-level duties as needed
Qualifications:
- No accounting experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (typing, email, spreadsheets) required

- Willingness to learn and follow procedures

- The Accounting Assistant reports directly to the Accounting Lead and/or the Vice President.
Working conditions
- This is a full-time position. Work hours will fall within the Accounting Office’s general business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. organization's business hours: Monday through Friday.

Pay based on experience within the listed range.
Salary : $16 - $18
