Role
Thermal Care is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support digital marketing, lead generation, graphic design, and marketing communications. Reporting to the Marketing Services Manager and based in Niles, Illinois, this role develops campaigns, creates digital and print assets, supports website and email initiatives, and partners with internal teams to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, websites, and other digital channels
- Create and maintain digital and print marketing assets, including email content, landing pages, ads, brochures, product sheets, trade show materials, and presentations
- Support marketing automation initiatives, including Pardot campaigns, segmentation, workflows, and lead nurturing
- Optimize paid digital advertising, website content, SEO efforts, and overall digital performance.
- Revise technical and sales support materials and develop branded graphics and communications for sales, events, and internal initiatives
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and timely project delivery
- Travel for trade shows, sales meetings, and related events as needed, generally less than 20%.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, or a related role, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment
- Experience with email, social media, paid advertising, websites, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, with strong graphic design, layout, typography, and brand consistency skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of basic HTML

Salary : $75,000 - $105,000
