Overview
Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support their Digital Lab Email Team. This newly created role focuses on agency management, process optimization, and reporting for high-volume email campaigns targeting patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and train external agency partners on the Knak email tool; reinforce best practices and governance
- Audit email work to identify quality issues and improve processes
- Create and manage newsletters to communicate updates to internal and external users
- Support enterprise initiatives, including workflow standardization (Workfront) and vendor coordination
- Develop and deliver monthly/quarterly reporting; identify opportunities to automate (Power BI preferred)
- Partner with stakeholders, lead meetings/training sessions, and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5 years of experience in email marketing, marketing operations, or project management
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams and agencies
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Power BI or reporting tools experience
- Familiarity with Workfront and email platforms like Knak
- Digital or agency experience
