Food & Beverage Manager

As a Food & Beverage Manager at The Pfister Hotel, you will be responsible for managing multiple outlets and ensuring consistent delivery of luxury guest experiences across the Food & Beverage division.
Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee has been a hotel icon for nearly 130 years. As one of the best hotels in Milwaukee and the Midwest, we continue to celebrate a grand tradition of gracious service and impeccable style. The Pfister Hotel has received AAA Four Diamond hotel status for 46 consecutive years. The hotel is one of only 11 properties throughout North America to maintain the AAA Four Diamond designation since the inception of the Diamond Rating program in 1976.
What you will be doing:
Oversee multiple restaurant and lounge outlets within the hotel.
Manage and support outlet managers and supervisors to achieve goals.
Ensure consistency in service quality and guest satisfaction across outlets.
Assist with budget development, financial analysis, and cost control.
Coordinate with culinary and banquet teams to support hotel events.
Recruit, hire, and train managers and supervisors within the department.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
Perform other duties as assigned to support Food & Beverage leadership.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
3–5 years of progressive food & beverage management experience.
Ability to manage multiple outlets and priorities simultaneously.
Proven leadership skills with ability to develop management staff.
Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
