The Enterprise Sales Agent is responsible for handling warm inbound and outbound leads, providing customized quotes, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships. This position offers strong earning potential, clear advancement paths, and access to consistent, pre-qualified leads - no cold business development required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls
- Provide tailored product recommendations and accurate quotes
- Close new business and retain existing customer relationships
- Maintain accurate client records using a CRM platform
- Engage with pre-qualified prospects provided through internal lead generation tools
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance goals
Required Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, insurance sales, call center operations, or customer service

- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire)
