- Base Salary $50K Commission/Bonuses (average 1st year OTE $80-105K)
- Fully onsite in Tempe, AZ
- Multiple openings
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment
- Must be driven, coachable and outgoing with a strong work ethic
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred; OR, must be able to pass the state licensing exam prior to starting
Overview
We are seeking self-motivated, and driven Inside Sales Agents to join our team and provide quotes, close leads, and retain relationships.
- Engage with pre-qualified prospects, both inbound and outbound calls, in an inside sales call center environment.
- Advise clients on the benefits of various policies as well as tailoring insurance packages to meet their specific needs.
- Track client data through Salesforce CRM system.
- Build a book of business utilizing a consistent flow of qualified leads.
Qualifications
- Property & Casualty Insurance License (Preferred) or passing the state licensing exam prior to starting is required
- 1 year of experience in inside sales or a call center environment
- Expertise in the sales process and client management
- Related experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Experience with managing customer relationships
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take feedback
- Team-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit and a problem-solving mentality
- Legally authorized to work the United States
Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
