- Responsible for driving sales growth and establishing direct engagement with high-value customers in a market segment with an annual sales volume exceeding $50 million
- Communicate sales performance and identify new product opportunities to both Sales team members and Executives
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, customer expectations, and product enhancements across different market segments
- Conduct bi-monthly individual meetings with team members to track their progress toward achieving sales goals
- Organize regular team meetings to promote and enhance product features and benefits in a group setting
- Perform profitability analysis to identify products with low margins and implement strategies such as redesign or price increases to improve profitability
- Assist associates in strategic planning by helping them identify, sell, and close strategic accounts
- Develop and utilize marketing tools and assets to effectively communicate the advantages of our products to customers and prospects
- Forecast sales on a quarterly and annual basis; assist in budget process with VP of Sales & Marketing
- Monitor and improve monthly business costs while adhering to the established budget
- Ensure Customer Relationship Management Software process is utilized consistently across markets
- Present regularly to customers; prepare and deliver business review presentations to Executives
- Adhere to company policies outlined in the employee handbook, including respecting the Limits of Authority
- Earn the appreciation and respect of our customers, associates, and communities
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 15 years of Sales Management Experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, including superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Business & CRM software skills; Advanced MSOffice
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
