Associate Recruiter (US IT Staffing)

📍 Location: Park Ridge, IL (Hybrid – 4 Days/Week in Office)

💼 Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (3 months)

What You'll Do

• Learn the fundamentals of US IT Recruiting from experienced industry professionals.
• Source and identify top technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruiting tools.
• Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, communication, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Partner with senior recruiters and account managers to support client hiring needs.
• Develop a strong understanding of the US technology job market and recruiting best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, call center, or recruiting is a plus—but not required.

Technical Assessments

Depending on the role, candidates may participate in a technical interview, coding assessment, case study, or client-specific evaluation. Expectations will always be communicated in advance.

Human Review & Candidate Rights

Every candidate's profile, interviews, and assessments are reviewed by experienced recruiting and hiring professionals. AI supports efficiency and organization, but all hiring decisions remain human-driven.

Candidates have the right to:

• Request a non-AI interview process
• Ask how their information is being used
• Request access to interview transcripts or recordings
• Request deletion of AI-recorded interview content
• Receive clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
