Role Description
United Energy Services is looking for a full-time Recruiter to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various open positions in our organization. Additionally, the Recruiter will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers, managing candidate pipelines, and keeping track of recruitment metrics. This is an on-site role in Schaumburg, IL.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of various recruitment tools and techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required
- Experience in the energy, sales, or marketing industries is a plus
