Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the Pre-opening Sales Process: local business partnerships, grassroots tabling, and outbound calls to secure founding memberships before we open
- Building and Developing Your Team: recruit, hire, and continuously train a high-performing hourly staff of 6-10 employees, cultivating a culture of accountability through ongoing skill-building
- Driving Membership Sales and Retention: own the full membership lifecycle from pre-opening through long-term retention; base pay plus commission means your impact is reflected in your paycheck
- Elevating the Guest Experience: delivering an exceptional guest experience on the floor, every session, every day — this is a guest-facing role that ensures the studio feels like a comfortable, restorative space for everyone who walks through the door
- Minding the Details: processes, cleanliness, and service standards upheld in a professional and supportive environment

- Proven Hiring & Leadership Experience: A track record of leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals — fitness, wellness, spa, or retail management preferred
- Exceptional Organization: The ability to manage a high-volume sales funnel from lead generation to long-term retention, alongside a team schedule and the details of daily operations
- An Inspiring Energy: A strong sense of urgency balanced with an infectious energy and an innate desire to connect with people
