Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people.

The ideal candidate will be able to fill openings a minimum of 3 shifts or 20 hours per week, with a minimum of 1 weekend shift mandatory. Typical shifts are Weekday evenings 2:30pm - 8:30pm, and weekend shifts mornings 7:30am - 1pm and weekend afternoons 1pm - 5:30pm. Other shifts available for pick up as able.

Here's what you’ll be doing:

• Maintain a pristine studio environment
• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
