- Assessing and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Scheduling patient visits efficiently and independently.
- Handling emergencies and working effectively with various healthcare professionals and patients.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and communication.
- Participating in weekend and on-call rotations.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current state license and valid driver’s license.
- CPR certification.
- Good assessment, treatment planning, communication, and documentation skills.
- Energetic, adaptable, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and working independently.
- Preferred: Two years of experience in acute or home care.
