Responsibilities & Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Licensure: Current state license and valid driver’s license.
- Certifications: CPR certification.
- Skills: Strong assessment, treatment planning, communication, and documentation skills; good time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical Fitness: Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, with occasional heavier lifts; in good health.
- Work Style: Independent, adaptable, proactive, and able to handle emergencies.
- Additional: Capable of driving in hazardous conditions, scheduling patient visits efficiently, and working weekends/on-call rotations.
- Experience: Preferred two years in acute or home care.
- Interactions: Regular contact with staff, physicians, hospital personnel, and the public; handles confidential information.
