Role Overview: Critical Care Registered Nurses provide comprehensive nursing care in the ICU, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized treatments for adult and geriatric patients in all care phases.
Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality patient care according to nursing standards, utilize theoretical knowledge for decision-making, and ensure compliance with hospital and unit-specific competencies. Maintain current certifications and complete necessary training within specified timeframes.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Current Oklahoma RN License
- Required certifications: BLS & ACLS (must be current), NIHSS (obtained within first three months if new to ICU)
- Completes hospital and unit-specific competencies annually
