Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Maintain compliance with patient rights and confidentiality
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state or valid compact license
- Ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds, and perform prolonged standing and walking
- Certifications: BLS or course completion within 30 days, ACLS, and other unit-specific certifications
